Who’s It For:

Busy Founders, Marketing & Communications Execs & Chief People Officers that need to hire but don’t have a robust inhouse Talent team. As a result, they’re burdened with attracting and interviewing candidates, but have neither the bandwidth or inclination to be recruiting.

What We’ll Accomplish:

First and foremost, we want to get qualified candidates coming your way! Specifically, passive jobseekers that excel in their fields but aren’t active on job boards.

We’ll design a soup-to-nuts recruitment strategy based on our 20 years of road-tested practices. We’ll work with you to define your ideal candidate profile, where to find them and how to engage them. You’ll walk away with a list of candidate leads, the tools and outreach you need to get started.

  • Write and refine job descriptions to perform better & comply with labor laws
  • Craft effective outreach to candidates
  • Post jobs & introduce screening questions (Direct sourcing is best, but we can experiment to get better quality candidate flow)
