Washington, D.C. – Hybrid, 3 days/week | Full-Time
Our client, a prominent public affairs and digital strategy agency, is seeking a Digital Director to lead integrated campaigns for Fortune 100 corporate and advocacy clients. The firm has seen ~60% revenue growth over the past year and continues to create a buzz with new service offerings and targeting capabilities. This role offers high visibility and ownership, shaping campaigns and conversations around today’s most pressing issues and policies.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and oversee digital strategy for high-profile clients across healthcare, financial services, defense, telecom, and other regulated sectors.
- Lead campaign development based on client objectives, including targeting and channel strategy, messaging, and performance optimization.
- Translate strategic goals into digital campaigns with measurable metrics and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, media specialists, and social listening analysts.
- Interface directly with clients and senior leadership; contribute to upsell and campaign expansion efforts.
Desired Skills And Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in digital strategy, public affairs, advocacy or corporate communications, ideally with a digital marketing or communications/PR firm.
- Proven experience working with Fortune 100 or national-level clients.
- Experience running successful paid acquisition, persuasion and education campaigns.
- Strong verbal communicator—able to explain complex strategy simply and clearly to non-digital audiences.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, less structured agency environment, with flexibility and entrepreneurial drive.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Benefits
The salary range for this role is $82,500 – $98,000, in addition to an annual discretionary bonus. We offer a comprehensive and generous benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays off, paid family leave, sick leave, 401K match, etc.
