Washington, D.C. – Hybrid, 3 days/week | Full-Time
Our client, a prominent public affairs and digital strategy agency, is seeking a Digital Advertising Director to lead paid media campaigns for Fortune 100 corporate and advocacy clients. The firm has seen 60% revenue growth over the past year and continues to create a buzz with new service offerings and targeting capabilities. This role offers high visibility and ownership, shaping campaigns and conversations around today’s most pressing issues and policies.
Candidates must have hands-on-keyboard experience managing digital ad campaigns across the following advertising platforms: Meta (Facebook + Instagram), X (Twitter), Google Ads, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, LiveRamp, or other programmatic platforms.
Primary responsibilities include:

Develop and oversee digital strategy across acquisition, activation, education, persuasion, fundraising, and social.

Lead daily client consultation, strategy development, and high-level campaign management.

Partner across teams to build integrated, multi-channel programs.
Desired Skills And Experience

5+ years executing digital campaigns, including 3+ years in a dedicated digital advertising role

Hands-on experience with Meta, X, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms such as StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, LiveRamp, or similar

Full campaign lifecycle experience, including creative development, setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting and analysis

Success with goals such as acquisition, fundraising, persuasion, education, and traditional marketing

Experience collaborating across email, social, SMS, and websites

Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple projects, and set client-specific goals

Excellent verbal and written communication, client or project management experience, and a bachelor’s degree
Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $82,500 – $98,000, in addition to an annual discretionary bonus. We offer a comprehensive and generous benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays off, paid family leave, sick leave, 401K match, etc.
