Bucks County, PA | Hybrid/Remote | Full-Time
The Account Supervisor is the strategic owner and growth driver for a portfolio of healthcare/pharma clients. While grounded in operational excellence, this role expands into upstream consultation, connecting brand strategy to integrated program execution, identifying organic growth opportunities, and strengthening long-term client relationships. You will mentor account team members, partner closely with senior client engagement leaders, and ensure the agency is viewed as an indispensable strategic partner.
Primary responsibilities include:
Client Leader and Strategic Partner
- Own senior-level client relationships and operate as a trusted advisor with a clear understanding of brand goals, competitive environment, and key performance metrics.
- Guide integrated program strategy aligned to evolving brand objectives, including indications, launch phases, and therapeutic positioning.
- Lead strategic conversations, QBRs, and planning sessions with brand leads and cross-agency partners.
Organic Growth and Portfolio Expansion
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with the agency’s core solutions.
- Partner with the Client Solutions/Sales team on proactive pitches and RFP responses.
- Monitor account performance and surface innovation opportunities informed by data and analytics.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Manage and mentor junior Account team members, coaching on client management, strategic communication, and project leadership.
- Build collaboration across internal departments including Content, Design, Analytics, CRM, Data, and Technology.
- Champion workflow efficiency, resource planning, and process refinement.
Operational and Financial Management
- Maintain oversight of budgets, SOW adherence, and revenue forecasting.
- Serve as the escalation point for scope challenges, timeline contingencies, and client redirection.
- Ensure high standards in QA, delivery, and compliance across workstreams.
Desired Skills And Experience
- 5+ years of healthcare/pharma agency experience, including 2+ years in a primary client contact role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client presentations, QBRs, and cross-functional planning discussions.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, business levers, and tactical ROI.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior account team members.
- Comfort navigating complex medical/legal environments and cross-agency collaboration ecosystems.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
