Loveland, CO | Remote | Full-Time
Our client is an award-winning marketing & communications agency, with clients across tourism/hospitality, adventure travel, healthcare, and local government accounts. We’re hiring a Content Coordinator to focus on written and multi-media organic content development. We’re looking for a polished writer that can produce blogs, social media, digital ad copy, newsletters, collateral and website content. They should have experience creating content for both B2B and consumer audiences and be able to quickly adopt our clients’ voices.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Bring 3+ years of hands-on content marketing and/or agency experience, with their primary focus on multi-media content development across a variety of channels such as blogs, social media, digital ad copy, newsletters, collateral and website content.
- Written and multi-media organic content development, as well as posting/scheduling, monitoring, engaging natively and within social media programs such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.
- Hit the ground running with research skills, as well as balance a variety of deadlines and expectations with poise.
- Eagle-eye proofing ability and excellent grammar skills for a variety of materials.
- Support promotions and campaigns through copywriting directed to niche and broad target audiences, both B2B & consumer.
- Familiarity in designing and reporting in email marketing programs such as MailChimp or Constant Contact.
- Natural communicator, relationship builder, and able to thrive in team environments.
- Assisting with client reports and narratives, ability to mine analytics for meaningful data to evaluate the success of programs and make appropriate pivots as needed.
Not required, but these skills would be a bonus:
- This role would also assist in selecting imagery content, such as photos and videos.
- Light photo/video editing capabilities through Canva.
- Ability to support SEO.

Desired Skills And Experience
- Has a minimum of 3+ years of agency experience and can hit the ground running with research, content creation and digital execution.
- Has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, design or a related field.
- Is client-facing, and can balance a variety of deadlines and client expectations with poise, and a customer service and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Is organized, prompt, able to multitask, detail-oriented and self-directed.
- Has worked with project management software, such as Monday.com or equivalent, and communicates proactively with internal team members and clients.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Desires a long-term career path with WildRock and is open to coaching and mentorship to get there.
- Grit to stay the course and dig in to produce the best results and client satisfaction.
