Our client is an award-winning marketing & communications agency, with clients across tourism/hospitality, adventure travel, healthcare, and local government accounts. We’re looking for a digitally savvy designer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing or agency environments. This role blends strong visual design skills with the technical acumen to launch and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Bring 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing and/or agency experience, with their primary focus on graphic design and digital paid media campaign implementation and management.
- Graphic design expertise across digital and print, with advanced proficiency in Canva. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is strongly preferred, though not required. Ability to create and adapt visual assets for static and motion social media ads, email and newsletter design, landing page design and marketing collateral.
- Paid media implementation skills: set up, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bid adjustments, keyword optimization and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with different ad formats (carousels, reels, video ads, boosted posts, display, and search).
- Prepare campaign wrap-up reports, based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL/CPQL, ROAS) and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Basic video/photo editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe CS or equivalent) to adapt client-supplied or stock assets for digital ad campaigns.
- Exposure to email marketing design (MailChimp, Constant Contact), with strength in visual layout and campaign asset creation.
Not required, but these skills would be a bonus:
- Ability to support SEO and website updates (WordPress), including landing page optimization, basic HTML and Google Tag Manager/Analytics for tracking.

Desired Skills And Experience
- Has a minimum of 3+ years of agency experience and can hit the ground running with research, content creation and digital execution.
- Has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, design or a related field.
- Has robust experience with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Is client-facing, and can balance a variety of deadlines and client expectations with poise, and a customer service and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Is organized, prompt, able to multitask, detail-oriented and self-directed.
- Has worked with project management software, such as Monday.com or equivalent, and communicates proactively with internal team members and clients.
- Has proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Desires a long-term career path with WildRock and is open to coaching and mentorship to get there.
