Job Description
Our client is a global sales training and coaching platform. They offer over 150 live training events annually, as well as digital products and coaching services. Over their 30-year history, they’ve established themselves as a leader in relationship-based, consultative selling methods, graduating over 110K sales professionals from their program and maintaining a highly-engaged member community.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts across all channels, with an emphasis on email/text marketing to their customer database, as well as thought leadership across social platforms.
Onsite/Hybrid: This role must be able to work onsite 3-5 days per week in Fort Collins, CO.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Marketing Strategy Development – Partner with the leadership team to set marketing goals and create tactical marketing plans across email/text, digital, social, print and events.
- Campaign Design and Execution – Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Database Contact Strategy – Maintain and optimize the marketing database. Develop customer segments and create personalized contact strategies.
- Personalization and Segmentation – Develop highly-targeted email journeys using segmentation and personalization techniques to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Performance Analytics – Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates), and use data to optimize future campaigns.
- Community Engagement – Manage and grow online social communities, fostering engagement through regular posts, responses, and moderation of discussions.
- Content Strategy & Creation – Leverage existing content and author new material that aligns with thought leadership goals, focusing on blog posts, social media, and marketing assets.
- Consistent Branding & Integrated Marketing Management – Maintain a unified voice across all marketing channels, including social media, email, and print. Manage external vendors and consultants.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with deep expertise across email marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital and social media.
- Proven experience in email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot, with experience in managing and segmenting customer databases.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from email marketing tools (e.g., open rates, CTRs, conversion rates) and Google Analytics to optimize future campaigns.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), including community engagement, content scheduling, and analytics.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on thought leadership and brand voice.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry or coaching/training services is a plus.
What We Offer:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $90-130K, and will be based on level of expertise.
