Washington, D.C. – Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time
Our client is a mission-driven creative media firm that builds data-driven digital campaigns for political, public affairs, and issue advocacy clients. They focus on fundraising, voter persuasion, and public opinion work — crafting multi‑channel paid media strategies that move real-world action and shift narratives.
We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist with 1-2 years of experience to manage high-impact campaigns across public affairs, political, and nonprofit sectors. This is a great opportunity to lead day-to-day campaign management and reporting, working closely with Senior Strategists to ensure campaigns are optimized and aligned with client goals.
Hybrid role in Washington D.C. preferred, however we’ll consider remote candidates as well.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Support planning and execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, programmatic DSPs, etc.
- Assist with audience targeting and segmentation using voter files and platform tools
- Manage campaign builds and QA, including first-party data and conversion tracking
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance; implement optimizations
- Build and update reports using Google Sheets and Data Studio
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure accurate campaign delivery
Desired Skills And Experience
- 1–2+ years of experience in digital advertising working in public affairs, politics, and nonprofits. Persuasion & Fundraising experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
- Exposure to programmatic platforms (e.g., Nexxen, StackAdapt) is a plus
- Experience with Google Tag Manager or Data Studio is a bonus
- Familiarity with political tools like ActBlue, NGPVAN, or Action Network is helpful
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in digital strategy and progressive politics
Salary Range: $50,000–$64,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package, and discretionary annual bonus based on company performance.
