We are looking for a Senior Director to lead the Data Science practice within our
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of Ad Tech, Comms Tech, and Research Tech
to help shape new offerings and power client programs around targeting and
measurement. This person will define our approach to identifying the right audience,
understanding their behaviors + opinions, and measuring whether programs are
moving the needle – ranging from favorability to search volume to sales lift.
The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is a thinker, doer,
and teacher. You’ll tackle new problems and data sets for the first time across many
disciplines – and will need to develop scalable approaches to train others to do so.
This requires being equally comfortable with theory and practice – and you should
be just as capable debating the best ML model as you are making complex
statistical concepts digestible for internal and external audiences.
In addition to leading a team, this position involves substantial lateral management
across agency-wide projects – and it’s critical the candidate is a leader who enjoys
building consensus and creating demand for new offerings and services.
The role is with a digital marketing & communications agency that specializes in public affairs, corporate reputation, and social impact. They deliver integrated communications and advertising campaigns to corporate brands, social causes and political candidates – from strategy to message to media relations to marketing.
