Washington, D.C. – Hybrid, 3 days/week | Full-Time
Our client, a prominent public affairs and digital strategy agency, is seeking a Sr. Digital Advertising Strategist on their Paid Media team to plan, launch, optimize, and report on paid campaigns that drive acquisition, fundraising, and persuasion objectives. The firm has seen 60% revenue growth over the past year and continues to create a buzz with new service offerings and targeting capabilities.
Candidates must have hands-on-keyboard experience managing digital ad campaigns across the following advertising platforms: Meta (Facebook + Instagram), X (Twitter), Google Ads, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, LiveRamp, or other programmatic platforms.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute paid social, search and programmatic strategies across platforms.
- Launch, manage, optimize, and report on campaigns, primarily on Meta and Google Ads.
- Analyze results and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Represent the Paid Media discipline in client meetings and calls, and support proposals and presentations.
- Stay current on industry trends and apply them to client programs.
Desired Skills And Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running online ad campaigns, ideally in an ad agency, media agency, communications or digital marketing firm.
- Working knowledge of Meta and Google Ads and their native measurement tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, X, and other bid based or performance media platforms preferred.
- Experience reporting across paid, owned, and earned social.
- Ability to set campaign goals and manage toward them, with strong communication and writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, browser plug-ins, and third party analytics tools.
- Creative, strategic problem solver who can work independently and with a team.
- Experience in public affairs or advocacy campaigns is highly relevant.
Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $67,000 – $79,000, in addition to an annual discretionary bonus. We offer a comprehensive and generous benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays off, paid family leave, sick leave, 401K match, etc.
