Job Description
We are offering an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive role with a close-knit team at an independent advertising agency of 35 people. For the past 30 years, they’ve produced multi-channel campaigns for national and local clients in hospitality, real estate, financial services, education and other verticals. This is a collaborative and fun environment with plenty of access to senior leaders and mentors. An excellent opportunity to assume ownership and grow quickly.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Successful track record in creating and building valuable client relationships
 - Serve as day-to-day point person on assigned accounts, available to respond diligently to client questions and concerns
 - Demonstrate complete understanding of brand, category, and competitors
 - Ability to educate clients about the our methodology and process; create case studies of successful projects upon completion
 - Manage daily job finances, including producing estimates and generating invoicing
 - Produce and maintain accurate project schedules, and resource appropriate personnel
 - Work with senior account and finance team members to establish forecasts and ensure that financial goals are met/exceeded
 - Develop clear, concise briefs that will help creative team understand the direction communications/creative must take
 - Understand the components of marketing and advertising strategies and apply them in making decisions
 - Active participant in brainstorms/internal meetings and client meetings
 - Prioritize client expectations and needs, and revise plans when required
 - Generate innovative, creative ideas and solutions
 - Develop and send weekly client status reports
 - Effectively balance the dual expectations of your clients and the agency
 - Continuously seeks expansion of services within existing clients
 
Desired Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years Marketing or Advertising agency experience
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
 - Experience using Agency Software systems
 - Sharp attention to detail
 - Skilled at multitasking
 - Deep knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote required; Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) desired
 - Client-serving team player with “can-do” attitude
 - Experience with Deltek WorkBook is a plus
